The service
NLP MALAK gives you AI supporters to talk with by voice or text, a private history of your conversations, the option to book sessions with real professionals, and NLP coaching with Malak Shaaban.
Not medical care, not an emergency service
Supporters are AI. They are not doctors, therapists or crisis counsellors, and they don't diagnose, treat or prescribe.
NLP MALAK is not an emergency service. If you might hurt yourself or someone else, or you are in danger, contact emergency services right away. In Israel: 101 for an ambulance, 100 for police, ERAN 1201 for emotional first aid.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person.
Using AI wisely
AI can misunderstand or be wrong. Use what your supporter says as one input among many, not as professional advice. Summaries are AI-generated and are never a diagnosis.
Talk time and payments
New accounts start with free welcome minutes. After that, you can buy hours or a plan. Prices are always shown before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Talk time is measured while a conversation is live, and you'll get a gentle warning when your balance is running low.
Appointments with professionals
When you choose a time, we hold it for 10 minutes while you pay. Once paid, the appointment is confirmed.
Cancel at least 24 hours before it starts and you'll get a full refund. Later cancellations aren't refunded. If a professional or we cancel, you'll always get a full refund.
An agreement built on trust.
We'd rather you understand these terms than skim them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you pay for anything.
Acceptable use
Please don't harass or threaten anyone, share illegal content, impersonate others, try to break or overload the service, or record people without their permission.
Messages to professionals and the clinic team should be respectful. We may suspend accounts that put others at risk.
Ending the service
You can stop using NLP MALAK at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll explain why when we can.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If we change them in a meaningful way, we'll let you know in the app before the change applies.
